Service Options
# Automatic (also known as
"PreSelect")
All your long distance calls will be processed by Callsave and you will be billed by Callsave for these calls.
Your main service provider will not have details of these calls. This is the best option where there are a
number of people using the service at the one address, or where you want all your long distance calls to
be handled by Callsave.
You just dial your destination normally, with no PIN or prefix
required. Call$ave will process the call and bill you.
You need to have a dedicated telephone line for this service. If you have a PABX (switch) the
service will need to be programmed for it to work. Contact us for further information.
# Alternate (also known as "Over-ride")
You get to choose which calls you want Callsave to process for you; you have the
choice of using your current provider or Call$ave to place the call by using an over-ride number we give
you before entering the phone number you wish us to connect for you. If you don't use the over-ride
number, then Callsave will not know to process the call for you and it will be handled and billed to you
by your main provider.
If you want Call$ave to connect and bill the call, you need to
enter 1414 before the phone number you wish to call.
You need to have a dedicated telephone line for this service. If you have a PABX (switch) the
service will need to be programmed for it to work. Contact us for further information.
NOTE: Neither
of these options is available to use until you have made application for service and you have received
your confirmation of service advice.
