Where an application is made for payment by credit card, and where
the estimated monthly value (LCV) exceeds $100, Call$ave may ask to see a copy of a recent credit card
statement.
Callsave Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline any
application without expressing any reason whatsoever. All approved applicants receive a Connection Advice which
tells you how to use the service.
We take great care to keep credit card details confidential and all information is securely
held in our Brisbane office. Our concern is to protect data integrity and ensure the maximum protection for our
genuine customers, against possible fraudulent misuse of your credit card. Because we do not sight the card in
a mail -order transaction, we need you to help us confirm you are the approved cardholder for the credit card
you are authorising us to debit for services supplied by Call$ave. This is a confirmation process only, and no
critical private information is involved.
If requested, you can send us a photocopy of a recent credit card statement. Or, if you
have ready access to a fax machine, you can fax us a recent credit card statement from your bank.
Otherwise, you can send us a scan of the statement attached to an email. You should show, as a minimum:
-
Your name and address and credit card number
-
Name and address of your bank
We do not require to see financial transaction details, and these can be struck out if you
wish. Sending us faxed or scanned copies of your actual credit card is not sufficient and we cannot accept this
as confirmation of identity.
Use of your credit card to pay for service is not an approval of credit.
Credit card authorisation is due on demand.
Your credit card may be debited when call charges amount to $100, or at any time interval
decided by Callsave. For the average account, credit cards are typically debited 1 - 6th day of each
month. A fee of $5.00 will be charged for refusal of any payment authorisation due to lack of sufficient
funds or invalid credit card information. It is cardholder's responsibility to immediately advise
Callsave of new expiry date or changes to credit cards to avoid possible suspension of service. If
you have been issued a new card number, we require the following details to update your record:
Card Type (VISA, MC, AMEX),
Card Number,
Cardholder name,
Expiry Date
For security purposes, either fax the information to Call$ave at +61 7 3219 7520, or use our secure email
form: Advice of Changes in Credit Card Form
The minimum chargeable amount for a credit card
account is one dollar ($1). Where the useage for a billing month is less than one dollar ($1) in total, then
the amount charged to your credit card will be one dollar ($1).
Call$ave reserves the right to cancel service or vary payment terms without notice.
